After calling and interviewing several people to do some mold remediation on the house I was selling, I feel super lucky to have found Moe. As part of my Due Diligence in the purchase of an existing restaurant, I was eager to have a thorough inspection of the building I’d be acquiring. Built approximately 80 years ago, and signing a NNN lease, it was imperative that I knew what I’d be walking in to. I realized it wouldn’t be in perfect condition, but I wanted to ensure that the electrical demands my upgraded kitchen would require would be met, there were no slow leaking, ignored pipes, or “hidden” damages. Moe was the third inspection company I called for quotes and information, and he was the one I booked on the spot. He was out within 48 hours.

I was able to sit to the side and work while he expediently and thoroughly detailed and photographed the building, calling me over to point out the more serious issues so I could view them in person.
